  • The semi-automatic bottle washing machine comes with the basic structure of an SS 304 and two different tank sizes. This model requires very little space. Two bottles are washed at a time. The operator holds two bottles manually and places them inside the brush and washing takes place. People are using recycled water or tape water. After that operator takes out the bottle from the brush and places it in the rinsing unit. Hence, the final wash takes place with DM Water or Hot water. 20 liters of water can be stored in each Tank. Here, the speed depends on the skill of the operator as the loading and unloading are done manually.
