Offline Leak Check In Vacuum Chamber Machine
Offline Leak Check in Vacuum Chamber Machine
USA Pack Machines LLC provides advanced Offline Leak Check in Vacuum Chamber Machines designed for precise testing of 1 ml to 3 ml Respules and 5 ml, 10 ml, 15 ml, 20 ml WFIs (Water for Injection) used in SVPs (Small Volume Parenterals). Engineered for accuracy and reliability, this machine ensures that only leak-free, high-quality pharmaceutical products reach
the market.
How Does It Work?
The testing process begins when Respules or WFIs are placed into the machine’s vacuum chamber. Once the chamber is sealed, the system removes air to create a vacuum, simulating real-world pressure conditions where leaks may occur. During this stage, the machine carefully monitors chamber pressure. If the pressure rises or fails to stabilize, it indicates that air is seeping in through a leak in one or more containers.
At the end of the cycle, the vacuum is released, returning the chamber to atmospheric pressure. The operator then separates the defective containers identified during the test. Leak-free units proceed safely to the next stage of production, guaranteeing that only intact and secure products are delivered to patients. This reliable process is critical in upholding pharmaceutical safety and regulatory standards.

- Heavy & rigid structure of vacuum chamber.
- Specially designed tilting device with limit switch & sensors.
- Drain valve for removing the liquid.
- Equipped with genuine vacuum gauges.
- Specially designed lid with locking hinges & gasket.
- The WFI Respules/Cassettes are manually loaded on the trays.
- Loaded trays are then kept in the vacuum chamber in rows.
- The lid is pressed & closed with specially designed hinges.
- The control panel is set to ON mode.
- The vacuum pump is then started.
- The vacuum is set to 600 mm/Hg & the timer is settable.
- The limit switch gets activated & the tilting of the chamber takes place by means of a sensor.
- The tilting is completed at 180 degrees.
- As per the set time, the vacuum chamber again rotates & comes to the home position.
- The vacuum inside the chamber slowly gets reduced.
- The lid is opened to check the WFI Respules/Cassettes.
- The faulty, damaged or leaked WFI Respules/Cassettes are removed from the tray.
- The OK WFI Respules/Cassettes are collected & conveyed for the process.
