At the heart of the system is an inbuilt 24-inch turntable, which rotates products smoothly, allowing labels to be applied evenly on cylindrical or irregularly shaped containers. This turntable design enhances labelling accuracy and ensures a uniform, professional finish on every bottle or jar.

Products are guided through the system using a transmission belt with adjustable guides, which keeps items properly aligned for precise label application. The label dispenser unit works in tandem with a label wrapping unit, applying stickers securely and accurately. Integrated AC drives, motors, and sensors ensure synchronization across all operations, while the electrical panel and PLC & HMI allow operators to monitor, adjust, and control the process with ease. Additionally, an optional batch printing unit can print manufacturing dates, batch numbers, or expiry details directly onto labels, providing complete traceability and compliance with regulatory standards.
