The Filling Machine by USA Pack Machines LLC consists of a robust main structure, product transmission belt with adjustable guide, material storage tank, pneumatic bottle stopping facility, SERVO-based liquid filling pumps and nozzles, safety polycarbonate enclosure (OPTIONAL), electrical panel, motor, PLC & HMI, and AC drive. A HIGH/LOW liquid level sensor in the tank provides added convenience and accuracy. This advanced filling machine is suitable for 50 ml to 5000 ml Glass, PET, or HDPE bottles and jars, delivering 20 to 120 bottles per minute output speed, depending on fill volume, liquid viscosity, and bottle neck or shape. Capping Machine
