Offline Pressure Leak Check Machine for IV Bottles & Bags
Offline Pressure Leak Check Machine for IV Bottles & Bags
USA Pack Machines LLC offers the Offline Pressure Leak Check Machine, the ideal solution for testing 100 ml to 1000 ml IV/Intravenous fluid bottles and bags. Engineered for efficiency, this machine can handle 70 to 80 bottles per minute, ensuring reliable and consistent leak detection for pharmaceutical production lines.
How Does It Work?
The machine operates with precision, beginning as operators load IV bottles or bags onto the stainless-steel slat chain conveyor, which runs along both the top and bottom sides. As the containers move through the machine, pressure is applied evenly across each unit. During this process, the system identifies any defects, separating bottles or bags that fail to meet the
required standards.
Leak-free bottles and bags continue seamlessly to subsequent packaging stages, such as labelling, flow wrapping, or cartoning, thereby maintaining production continuity. This automated process not only enhances efficiency but also guarantees that only fully intact products reach the market, upholding stringent pharmaceutical quality standards.
