Automatic Rotary Bottle Washing Machine - Glass and PP Bottles

Automatic Rotary Bottle Washing Machine – Glass and PP Bottles

The Automatic Rotary Bottle Washing Machine from USA Pack Machines LLC is designed to deliver high-speed, precise, and hygienic cleaning for both glass and polypropylene (PP) bottles. Built with advanced technology and robust engineering, the system ensures consistent washing performance, making it an ideal solution for industries that require sterile and contamination-free packaging.

High-Speed Performance Capable of achieving washing speeds ranging from 40 to 100 bottles per minute (BPM), this rotary system is perfectly suited for medium- to large-scale production requirements. Its rotary washing platform guarantees continuous operation with excellent efficiency while maintaining bottle integrity throughout the process.

Robust Structure and Advanced Components

The machine is constructed with a durable stainless-steel main structure that ensures long-lasting performance and compliance with hygiene standards. Key components include the rotary platform, bottle holders/cups, flow regulators, pressure meter, solenoid valve, Geneva mechanism, and two stainless-steel water tanks equipped with pumps. Additionally, precision nozzles, an electrical control panel, and an AC motor provide seamless operation with minimal downtime.

Efficient Washing Process

Each bottle is securely held in specially designed holders that keep it stable during the washing cycle. The system utilizes regulated water pressure and strategically positioned nozzles to deliver thorough internal and external cleaning. With its dual-tank system, the machine can efficiently handle washing with recycled water in the first stage and purified or sterile water in the final rinse, ensuring that bottles are ready for the filling line.

Reliability and Ease of Use

The Geneva mechanism ensures precise bottle indexing, offering smooth and reliable performance at every cycle. Operators benefit from the user-friendly control panel, which makes monitoring and adjustments straightforward. Designed for efficiency, the machine requires minimal operator intervention and low maintenance, making it both reliable and cost-effective.
