How Does It Work?
The machine operates with precision and simplicity. Operators manually load IV bottles onto the stainless-steel conveyor belt, which guides them through the pressurization zone. Here, the bottles pass between an SS rod and a wheel, where uniform pressure is applied. If a bottle shows any leakage, the operator promptly separates it from the batch, ensuring that only leakfree bottles continue through the production process.
he machines also integrates seamlessly with visual inspection systems, sticker labelling machines, and packing conveyors, creating a smooth and efficient inline packaging operation. Its specialized stainless-steel conveyor with a hook system, rotary bottle forwarding assembly, Hylum wheel with rubber belt, spring-loaded pressure assembly, and drive unit work in perfect harmony to maintain precise testing conditions.
