  • It is a tabletop model where the operator places the two bottles on the machine manually.  The bottle supporting system is attached to the machine. This bottle-supporting system is adjustable. The operator can easily adjust as the diameter of the bottle varies. The change parts are required for different sizes & volumes of bottles. To minimize foaming adjustable nozzle will reciprocate according to the filling dose. The operator puts the two bottles under the filling nozzles and the nozzles fill the bottles, once the bottle is filled the desired volume. The operator has to remove the bottles manually. The dosing block with a hexagonal bolt fitted below the syringes where the operator can easily adjust the different volumes. Here, the speed depends on the skill of the operator as the loading and unloading are done manually.
