The labelling mechanism consists of a high-precision dispenser unit and a wrapping unit, which together apply labels flawlessly on bottles with minimal error. Integrated AC drives, motors, and sensors maintain synchronized operation, ensuring labels are applied evenly and consistently at high speeds. Operators can monitor and adjust the process through the electrical panel and PLC & HMI, making it easy to manage production with precision and efficiency.

For enhanced quality control, the system can be optionally equipped with a vision system, which detects misaligned or defective labels, and a rejection system to automatically remove non-compliant bottles from the line.
