Indicative Operation Process: PFS/ PRE-Crimped Cartridge

  • Syringes are loaded in the swipe-in slanting conveyor manually from where syringes are transferred to the central star wheel where the filling process is initiated.
  • After the filling cycle completion, the syringe moves to the next station where the stoppering process is completed.
  • A filled & stoppered syringe is released on the exit conveyor from where syringes are collated in the collection tray.

Indicative Operation Process: PFS/ PRE-Crimped Cartridge

  • Vials are loaded onto the tray manually from where vials are transferred to the central star wheel where the filling process is initiated.
  • After the filling cycle completion, the vial moves to the next station where the stoppering process is completed.
  • The finished vial is released on the exit conveyor from where syringes are collated in the collection tray for the cap sealing process.
